Working with the Delegates from Tartu University, Estonia

Attending the meeting, there were Dr. Nguyen Truong Tho, Head of the Office for Science-Technology and International Relations, HUSC and other lecturers from Faculties of History, Geology and Geography, and representative from University of Education.

This has been the second visit of Tartu University aiming at implementing and concretizing the collaboration contents drawn in 2018. On this occasion, Dr. Elo Süld gave brief introduction on the Tartu University and its current international programs with various universities in Vietnam.

Assoc.Prof. Hoang Van Hien had a speech to welcome the delegation of Tartu University and also affirmed that HUSC has been always ready to enhance the cooperation with Tartu University in the fields of scientific research, academic exchange and students, lecturers exchange as well.

In addition, representatives from Tartu University introduced on the Winter School with the theme of "Dignification of human being" which could take place on December 2019 (special for teaching stuff and PhD Students) in Tartu. This event belonged to the series of activities in the celebration of Tartu University's 100^th anniversary. After that, the two sides continued to discuss specific contents related to mentioned topic above as well as detailed requirements for participating scientists. By December 2019, there will be 4 lecturers from the University of Sciences and University of Education participating in the Winter School in Estonia. This is considered as a good result to start the new collaboration between two universities, University of Sciences and Tartu University.
