Training program entitled “Skills in Research Proposal Writing and Scientific Publication”

The program was well-organized as planned. Dr. Phan Tuan Anh, Vice Rector of the University, along with a large number of administrators, lecturers, postgraduate students, and doctoral candidates, attended the training program.

On the first working day, two presentations were delivered by Prof. Dr. Dinh Quang Khieu and Assoc. Prof. Huynh Thi Anh Phuong. The presentations focused on developing research ideas, preparing scientific research proposals, and enhancing writing and publishing skills for research findings in national and international academic journals.

Through in-depth presentations and discussions, participants were equipped with foundational knowledge and scientific approaches, and they were guided in addressing everyday challenges encountered during the implementation of research projects and the publication of scientific results. The learning atmosphere was dynamic and engaging; participants attended fully and actively exchanged ideas, discussed issues, and shared practical difficulties arising from their research activities at their respective units.

The training program would continue on December 27, 2025, with presentations delivered by Dr. Bui Quang Vu and Assoc. Prof. Pham Khac Lieu focusing on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in scientific research and guidance on selecting appropriate academic journals for publication.

The training program is expected to significantly enhance research capacity, proposal development skills, and scientific publication competencies among faculty members, staff, and learners at the University of Sciences, Hue University.
