Student exchange program between HUSC and Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat university, Thailand
On the afternoon of April 1, 2025, HUSC held a closing ceremony for the student exchange program with Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University (BSRU), Thailand. The event was attended by leaders of both universities, faculty members, students, and distinguished guests.
The program took place from March 24 to April 2, 2025, with the participation of 18 BSRU students from multidisciplinary fields such as natural resource and environmental management, computer science, traditional Thai medicine, food technology, medical technology, digital communication, and health sciences.
Throughout the program, students visited eight cultural and historical sites in Hue, attended a seminar on urban environmental issues, took two Vietnamese language classes, and engaged in hands-on experiences such as making Thanh Tien paper flowers, Sinh Village woodblock prints, traditional Hue cakes, and the folk toy Tò he. They also interacted with HUSC students in cultural exchange activities.
At the ceremony, Dr. Phan Tuan Anh, Vice Rector of HUSC, emphasized the importance of the partnership, which began in 2012 and was recently renewed with a new MOU in March 2025. He praised the students’ learning spirit, responsibility, and teamwork, and expressed his hope that they would become bridges of friendship between students of both universities.
On this occasion, HUSC also sent regards to the families, friends, and colleagues of BSRU faculty and students affected by the earthquake in Bangkok on March 28, 2025.
The program concluded successfully, leaving many unforgettable memories and opening the door to fruitful future collaboration.
